╰┈➤ Clearly specify what you want (for example: theme, style, etc.).
╰┈➤ In the character creation process, you are encouraged to provide clear references. If no references are available and you request assistance in finding them, an additional fee will apply. This is because such a process involves designing the character from scratch. As the artist, I will also require extra time to find suitable references and develop the concept.
╰┈➤ After the order is confirmed, you'll receive a Google Drive link to include all your references.
╰┈➤ Note that I only take 1 artwork order at a time. If you want additional pieces, you'll need to place a new order.
╰┈➤ The Google Drive link will be deleted 30 days after the artwork is completed.⋆˚✿˖° Payment :
╰┈➤ An upfront payment of 50% is required as a deposit before starting the work.
╰┈➤ The remaining 50% is to be paid after the artwork is completed and before the files are sent.
╰┈➤ For those who want to use the artwork for commercial purposes, there's an additional fee of 90% of the original artwork price.
╰┈➤ Payments for local customers can be made via DANA
╰┈➤ For international customers, payments should be made through PayPal.⋆˚✿˖° Turnaround Time :
╰┈➤The estimated turnaround time depends on the complexity and queue. It typically ranges from 2 to 14 days.
╰┈➤If there are any delays, I will definitely notify you in advance.⋆˚✿˖° Revisions :
╰┈➤You can request up to 2 revisions during the process without any additional fee.
╰┈➤Revisions only cover minor changes, not complete redesigns.
╰┈➤However, if you don't respond without a clear reason within 2x24 hours, the requested revisions will be considered void.
╰┈➤After the final artwork is approved, any further revisions will incur an additional fee.⋆˚✿˖° Copyright :
╰┈➤The copyright remains with me. You have the right to use the artwork as agreed (for example, for personal use).
╰┈➤If there’s a need for commercial use, additional fees will apply. Your artwork can be printed on merchandise (like keychains, stands, shirts, etc.) but thumbnails or album covers are not considered commercial use.
╰┈➤Don’t forget to give credit to me!⋆˚✿˖° Cancellation :
╰┈➤If you want to cancel your order before the work begins, the deposit will be fully refunded (100%).
╰┈➤Once the work has started, the deposit is non-refundable.⋆˚✿˖° Responsibility :
╰┈➤I am not responsible for the use of artwork that violates laws or contains inappropriate content.
╰┈➤You must ensure that the artwork you request does not infringe on any copyrights belonging to others.
╰┈➤If you want specific elements to be excluded, you must inform me in advance.

Syarat & Ketentuan
⋆˚✿˖°Proses Pemesanan :
╰┈➤Kamu bisa pesan lewat DM atau email, ya.
╰┈➤Kasih tahu dengan jelas apa yang kamu mau (contohnya: tema, gaya, warna).
╰┈➤ Dalam proses pembuatan karakter, disarankan agar kamu menyediakan referensi yang jelas. Apabila tidak ada referensi yang tersedia dan kamu meminta untuk mencarikannya, akan dikenakan biaya tambahan. Hal ini karena proses tersebut sudah termasuk dalam mendesain karakter dari nol. Sebagai artis, aku juga memerlukan waktu ekstra untuk mencari referensi yang tepat dan merumuskan konsepnya.
╰┈➤Setelah pesanan dikonfirmasi, kamu bakal dikirimin link Google Drive buat masukin semua referensi yang kamu mau, biar lebih gampang!
╰┈➤Ingat, setiap orang cuma bisa pesan 1 artwork aja. Kalo mau pesan tambahan, harus antri sesuai urutan.
╰┈➤Link Google Drive bakal dihapus setelah 30 hari dari tanggal artwork selesai.⋆˚✿˖°Pembayaran :
╰┈➤Pembayaran awal 50% sebagai tanda jadi, sebelum mulai pengerjaan.
╰┈➤Sisa 50% dibayar setelah karya selesai dan sebelum file dikirim.
╰┈➤Untuk yang mau pakai commercial use, ada penambahan harga sebanyak 90% dari harga artwork asli.
╰┈➤ Pembayaran untuk pelanggan lokal bisa dilakukan melalui DANA.
╰┈➤ Untuk pelanggan internasional, pembayaran dilakukan melalui PayPal.⋆˚✿˖°Waktu Pengerjaan :
╰┈➤Estimasi waktu pengerjaan tergantung tingkat kesulitan dan antrian. Rata-rata bisa antara 2-14 hari.
╰┈➤Kalo ada keterlambatan, pasti aku kabarin sebelumnya.⋆˚✿˖°Revisi :
╰┈➤Kamu bisa minta revisi sebanyak 2 kali selama proses pengerjaan tanpa biaya tambahan.
╰┈➤Revisi hanya mencakup perubahan minor, bukan pengubahan desain keseluruhan.
╰┈➤Tapi kalo kamu nggak merespons tanpa alasan jelas selama 2x24 jam, revisi yang mau dikasih bisa dianggap hangus, ya.
╰┈➤Setelah karya final disetujui, revisi tambahan bakal ada biaya.⋆˚✿˖°Hak Cipta :
╰┈➤Hak cipta tetep milikku. Kamu dapat hak buat pakai artwork sesuai kesepakatan (misalnya buat personal use).
╰┈➤Buat keperluan komersial, ada tambahan biaya. Commercial use itu kalo artwork kamu diprint jadi merchandise (kayak ganci, standi, kaos, dan sebagainya). Kalo buat thumbnail atau art cover, itu nggak termasuk commercial use.
╰┈➤Jangan lupa, kasih kredit ke aku kalo dipublikasikan!⋆˚✿˖°Pembatalan :
╰┈➤Kalo mau batalkan pesanan sebelum mulai pengerjaan, uang muka bakal langsung dikembalikan 100%.
╰┈➤Setelah mulai pengerjaan, uang muka nggak bisa dikembalikan.⋆˚✿˖°Tanggung Jawab :
╰┈➤Aku nggak bertanggung jawab atas penggunaan artwork yang melanggar hukum atau mengandung konten yang nggak pantas.
╰┈➤Kamu juga harus pastiin bahwa art yang diminta nggak melanggar hak cipta pihak ketiga, ya. Ini berarti:
Jangan pakai gambar, logo, atau karya orang lain tanpa izin.
Jangan minta aku buat meniru atau menduplikasi karya orang lain.
Kalo mau pakai elemen yang dilindungi, kamu wajib dapat izin dari pemilik hak cipta juga.
╰┈➤Kalo melanggar syarat dan ketentuan ini, aku berhak untuk memblokir dan nggak akan menerima pesanan dari kamu lagi.⋆˚✿˖°Jam Operasional :
╰┈➤Jam operasional: Senin – Jumat, pukul 10.00 – 17.00 WIB.
